In addition to the familiar Crime Syndicate members Ultraman, Superwoman, Owlman, Johnny Quick, and Power Ring, their numbers includes alternate versions of Black Canary, Red Arrow, Stargirl, Hawkwoman, Wildcat, and the Spectre. Shortly after their introduction, they are offered a place among Monarch's army.
