Hyper Speed: CL1000 land speed, The Flash is able to perform the following power stunts:
-Extra attacks with CL1000 ability or multiple attacks that inflict up to Un damage, ignoring body armor (only one to hit roll is made).
-Create cyclones for Ex damage and Sh-X stunning or slamming
-Water Running: 3000 feet with a 100-foot approach
-Wall-Running: 1000 feet with a 500-foot approach
-Invisibility: By moving extremely fast Jay appears to be invisible, Red Int. FEAT to notice
-Vibrating Hand: Un damage
-Phasing: The Flash can vibrate his molecules so fast that he can 'phase' through objects of less than CL1000 material. This destroys any inorganic object of less than Un material strength after he passes through it.
-Spectrum Shifting: The Flash can run so quickly as to cause light to begin to slow, and experience Red Shift. Which will allows him to view the lower spectrum of light that is normally invisible to the unaided human eye.
-One must make a Red FEAT to hit The Flash with anything other than an area effect or Psychic attack. If the Flash is making multiple attacks against the same target the FEAT is reduced to Yellow.
-Considered Un rank for Fighting for multiple attacks and evading.
-Considered Un rank for Agility for dodging and catching projectiles.
-Considered Sh-Z rank for Intuition for initiative.
-He may percieve any object's momentum as though it were moving at Fe speed, like arrows and bullet sized objects appear moving at 5 m/ph
-The Flash is considered to have Un Endurance for movement and tiring purposes.
